La Rosala Marcona Almonds Rosemary

These are our go-to fancy nuts to put out with a cheese board or as a snack with a cocktail. Marcona almonds, a Spanish variety grown along the Mediterranean coast, are a different thing entirely from the almonds you're used to: rounder, softer, and noticeably butterier, with a richness that California almonds don't have. Finca La Rosala roasts them in extra virgin olive oil with rosemary and a touch of La Vera paprika, at their small family roastery in southern Spain.
