FIRE TRAIL Fire Trail is the entry whisky into our Luxury range coming from our Pontville Distillery. Aged in rare Port and Sherry casks, Fire Trail is an enticing Single Malt. Vibrant citrus melds into baked fruit and burnt caramel with applewood smoked water balancing welcoming sweetness, fading into subtle wisps of cedar wood. Nose: Baked pears infused with golden caramel, vibrant citrus, and a delicate wisp of cedar wood. Taste: Chocolate ganache over stewed mulberries, seamlessly layered with vanilla custard and succulent apricot compote. Finish: Dark cocoa-kissed hazelnuts meet velvety coconut cream, while luscious sultanas mingle with bush honey. DEVILS STORM Full of depth and complexity, Devil’s Storm is a Single Malt with delicate Tasmanian peat smoke. Aged in first-fill vintage Port and Sherry casks from our time-honoured partnership with Seppeltsfield Wines, finished in American Oak and our masterfully seasoned casks. After swirling scorched red fruit aromas fade, the palate offers smooth almond fudge and chocolate, leaving a warming finish. Nose: Stewed plums steeped in wildflower honey, scorched orange, and roasted pecans dusted with delicate cacao. Taste: Dark chocolate over sun-drenched blackberries, balanced by caramel fondant and perfectly charred peaches touched with refined peat smoke. Finish: Old oak deepens into burnt maple syrup, with sticky toffee pudding and toasted sesame brittle leaving a lasting warmth. RUBY ABYSS Ruby Abyss is a deeply complex Single Malt aged in 100% first-fill vintage Port and Sherry casks, courtesy of our time-honoured partnership with Seppeltsfield Wines, featuring a century-old Australian Port reserve. Finished in masterfully seasoned casks, the nose offers dark fruits and caramelised brown sugar, leading to silky mocha and finishing with brandy snap sweetness fused with delicate Tasmanian peat smoke. Nose: Steeped pears in aged dessert wine, amber raisins, caramelised Demerara sugar, and a whisper of salted macadamia. Taste: Lush plum preserve folded through chocolate sauce, with buttery croissant layers and a drift of earthy peat. Finish: Deep fortified oak warmth lingers through spiced golden treacle, as candied quince and umami leave a velvety depth.
