Victorian Edwardian Wedding Silk Shoes by Darré Beautiful white silk pumps with a long pointed toe and Louis heel. Trimmed with a silk chiffon rosette that has a baroque pearl in the centre. Made by Darré of Paris for John Barker of Kensington. Also included are a apir of white kid/chamois gloves, made in Paris size 6 3/4 and a religious souvenir booklet 'My Presence shall go with thee'. Could be a wedding or communion pair. They come in a a contemporary gents boot box (no lid). Silk upper, leather soles, kid and canvas lining. Very good condition, have that worn once look. No fraying. Light discoulouration from stoarage in the box. Gloves, still soft but a bit dirty and one small hole.
