The Supremo Harvester Circular Bone Scraper Kit is designed for autogenous bone harvesting during dental and reconstructive surgical procedures. Unlike a conventional bone bur, the Harvester functions as a circular scraper, using a prominent cutting blade and internal collection chamber to gather bone particles as the device rotates. The included pilot drill creates the initial guide perforation, helping stabilize the Harvester and reduce unwanted lateral movement during use. A built-in stopper supports controlled working depth, while the internal collection chamber retains harvested bone particles until the clinician removes the collected material after the procedure. Why Clinicians Choose It Designed for guided control and efficient bone collection, the Supremo Harvester gives clinicians a compact alternative to conventional bone-collecting burs and scrapers. The pilot drill helps stabilize the device before harvesting, while the circular scraping design collects autogenous bone particles directly into the internal chamber. KEY FEATURES Circular scraper design – Collects autogenous bone particles while functioning as a scraper rather than a conventional drill or bur Integrated collection chamber – Retains harvested bone inside the device during rotation Pilot drill guidance – Creates the initial perforation to help position and stabilize the Harvester Controlled working depth – Built-in stopper helps limit penetration during bone collection Reduced lateral movement – Stabilizing guide helps keep the device aligned in the prepared site Compact surgical setup – Includes the Harvester device and pilot drill for guided bone harvesting workflow How to Use Perform the initial perforation using the pilot drill until it reaches the stopper, at 1500–2000 RPM, with irrigation. Insert the Harvester guide into the prepared osteotomy and set the motor speed to 100–150 RPM, without irrigation. Activate the contra-angle and apply gentle pressure against the bone until the device reaches the stopper. Bone particles are retained inside the harvesting chamber. After completing the procedure, unscrew the rear cap and remove the collected bone from the chamber.
