Peach Mango Jam

When we started playing around with tropical flavors, it did not take long before mango found its way into the kettle. But pairing it with ripe peaches took things in an entirely different direction. The bright, juicy sweetness of mango meets the familiar flavor of sun-ripened peaches for a combination that tastes like summer packed into a jar. Made in our usual small batch fashion, this jam has a smooth, fruit forward flavor with plenty of natural sweetness and just enough texture to remind you it started with real fruit.
