100% Estate grown apples from Junction's own orchard! A mix of heritage cider apples that were fermented in barrels, blended with barrel aged Kingston Black cider from 2022 and bottle conditioned for eight months before releasing. Just barely sparkling to showcase the rich mouthfeel. Tastes like caramel, lemon skins and vanilla. Rich with a long finish, medium tannins and medium acid. Bottle conditioned for eight months without sulfites. Sediment is to be expected, chill upright before serving. Serve lightly chilled alongside lamb, grilled vegetables or spicy pasta. 24 cases produced.
