Large Silver Periwinkle Seashell Necklace

I created this pendant to bottle up a little piece of my childhood in Cornwall - the rugged coastlines I grew up exploring, and those wild, salty days that still inspire so much of what I design. I actually found this little seashell over 35 years ago, when I was a little girl sitting on the beach, waiting for my dad’s boat to come back from deep-sea fishing. I kept it all these years, and I’ve now made a mould from that original shell so I can recreate it as jewellery. I’ve created the pendant in recycled sterling silver as a small but meaningful nod to my commitment to sustainable luxury. It measures 2cm and comes on a 20" sterling silver belcher chain, finished with a tiny 9ct gold star charm at the fastening - my favourite little celestial detail, inspired by starlit nights by the sea.
