Hear this flute in action: Here’s a beautiful Flute, made of figured walnut, one of our favorite American hardwoods to use. It is accented with Paduk and canary wood, and the dot inlay on the body is lepidolite, which is quite unique and rarely found inlayed like this. The tone is low and meditative. E flat minor is a great key and nice for easy piano accompaniment. This flute was made by Miguel's apprentice Altazor. This alternating drone has a full, rich, meditative sound in the key of E flat, one of Miguel's favorite keys. Whether you are new to the Native American flute or have been playing for years, this instrument will inspire you with it's rich drone resonance that will fill any room.
