JS92 A succulent, precise and lively white with notes of green pears, white peaches, stones and some almonds. It’s medium-bodied with a fresh touch on the mid-palate. Crisp yet relaxed, with discreet fruit character in the savory, tactile finish. From organically grown grapes. JD91 All from the clay soils just on the edge of Châteauneuf du Pape and brought up entirely in stainless steel, the 2024 Côtes Du Rhône Le Bouquet Des Garrigues Blanc is bright and fresh with a focused, clean, medium-bodied style. It offers honeydew melon, honeysuckle, minty herbs, and a kiss of minerality in a classy, balanced, lengthy profile. Estate Notes: A richly flavored and layered white blend cultivated within the estate’s “clos” or stone walls, on classic terroir that’s basically Châteauneuf quality. The wine’s aromas in particular capture the regional garrigue, or blend of lavender, wild thyme and rosemary, hence its name: a “bouquet” of wild herbs. Aromas of lemon rind, Granny Smith apples, white flowers, light herbs. Round, supple yet fresh, with flavors of lemon, grapefruit and white peach flavors, and a lightly savory finish. Hand-harvested. Pressed full cluster. Juice left to settle overnight in temperature-controlled tanks. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank.
