Herbal Wellness Consultation This herbal wellness consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your current health concerns, dietary habits, lifestyle, wellness goals, and any herbal supplements you may already be using. As an Herbal Counselor, my role is to provide education and general guidance regarding herbs, nutritional supplements, food choices, hydration, and healthy lifestyle practices that may help support the body’s natural functions and overall well-being. During the consultation, I may offer personalized herbal supplement and dietary suggestions based on the health concerns, symptoms, wellness goals, and information you voluntarily share. Recommendations may also include general guidance concerning sleep, stress management, physical activity, digestion, cleansing practices, and other supportive wellness habits. Important Scope-of-Practice Notice I am an Herbal Counselor and not a licensed physician, medical doctor, pharmacist, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider. I do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or prescribe for any disease, medical condition, or health disorder. I am also legally unable to make medical claims concerning herbs, supplements, foods, or wellness programs. All information and recommendations provided during the consultation are for educational and general wellness purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication, or emergency care.
