3hr CE Class “Fair Housing Training for Realtors” September 24th (South Fulton or Zoom)

GREC Course Approval Code: #79639 (Approved for Broker CE, Salesperson CE and Instructor CE Credit) Course Description: This class meets the National Association of Realtors Fair Housing Training Requirements, which Realtors are required to complete every 3 years. This course will cover Federal Fair Housing Laws, as well as GA License Law regarding Fair Housing and the NAR Code of Ethics. We will learn about how important it is to create consistent procedures in how all Buyers or Tenants are treated as well as how to avoid steering and how to avoid stereotypical thinking so they can avoid fair housing pitfalls such as implicit bias and provide equal professional service to every customer or client.
