3D Crystal Lacquer

Crystal lacquer is a dimensional medium great for adding over paper or 3D designs in bezels, dries to a clear finish. Can be painted on a surface and add shine over most surfaces. Paint over quilling shapes to make earrings, so many uses. The pre-coloured packs work the same way, some are kits or choose your colour range and make your own designs. Mix with mica powder for shimmering effects
