Edradour is known for its characteristic aromas and the special production method, which is reflected in this whisky. Tasting Notes:Nose: The nose reveals rich notes of raisins, figs, and dark caramel, accompanied by orange peel, milk chocolate, and walnuts, as well as warming spices like cinnamon and cloves, along with a distinct oak presence.Palate: Full-bodied and enveloping on the palate, the whisky presents dense sherry notes of dried fruits, toffee, and cocoa. The Edradour core brings a firm malty base and a creamy texture, followed by spiced oak and a hint of pepper.Finish: The finish is long and warming with lingering sherry sweetness, chocolate, and spiced oak. It ends slightly dry with nuts and warm fruity sweetness. Distillery/Bottler: The Edradour Distillery is known for its artisanal whisky production. In 2002, Signatory Vintage acquired the Edradour distillery. Signatory Vintage has been operated by Andrew Symington since 1988 and specializes in bottling single casks.
