Sentio Coral Beechworth Chardonnay 2025

Not yet reviewed (previous vintage review): Sourced from two vineyards, basket pressed, fermented on lees and aged in foudre and barrique. So refined, so Beechworth. Offers a classic picture of regional chardonnay intensity delivered delicately and fine edged. Bright citrus to the fore, quince, melon and stone fruits with a juicy lemon pastille note that adds a tangy succulence. Creamy lees texture with added nougat flavour is a lovely feature across the middle palate, matched to mouth-watering acidity.
