The elastic neckline wears on or off the shoulder, and short flutter sleeves fall from the same gathered edge. The body is cut full in 100% Rayon and ends cropped, so the tier hangs free over a waistband instead of tucking in. Small and large cone shells from the Pūpū print drift down the deep fabric. It is one half of a set; the Skirt Nainoa (sold separately) matches it print for print, and it works just as well over high-waisted denim.
