Kholani beans come from the ancient Khawlan mountains in Yemen’s north-western highlands, grown at 2,000–2,800m altitude where cool temperatures and rich volcanic soil produce exceptional complexity. Hand-harvested and sun-dried using centuries-old natural processing methods, each bean develops a distinctive wine-like, fruity character. Expect notes of dried fig, stone fruit, and subtle floral aromatics — a true reflection of one of Yemen’s most legendary coffee regions.
