Our signature chocolate truffle snow skin Mooncake collection is back, featuring two of our best selling collections this year. Our mooncakes are made with premium ingredients - imported reduced-sugar white lotus paste from Hong Kong and Belgian/French couverture chocolate truffles. TEA THERAPY (Set of 4pcs, 1 pc per flavour) Genmaicha Kinako - Green tea with roasted rice Genmaicha snow skin, Genmaicha white lotus paste and a Kinako white chocolate truffle, topped with kinako white chocolate and kinako powder. Houjicha Hazelnut - Roasted green tea Houjicha snow skin, Houjicha white lotus paste, hazelnut praline truffle, topped with hazelnut praline paste and roasted hazelnuts. Oolong Osmanthus - Traditional chinese tea Oolong snow skin, honey osmanthus white lotus paste, oolong chocolate truffle, topped with oolong chocolate and osmanthus flowers. Black Sesame Milk Tea - Royal english tea Black sesame snow skin, royal milk tea white lotus paste, black sesame truffle, topped with black sesame chocolate and sesame seeds. CHOCOLATE COUTURE (Set of 4pcs, 1 pc per flavour) Lychee Strawberry - 47.3% Ruby Chocolate Lychee snow skin, strawberry white lotus paste. ruby chocolate truffle, topped with strawberry white chocolate and freeze-dried strawberry bits. Pistachio Caramel - 35% Gold Chocolate Roasted Pistachio snow skin, pistachio white lotus paste, gold chocolate truffle, topped with a homemade salted caramel. Espresso Tiramisu - 28% White Chocolate Espresso snow skin, espresso white lotus paste, cream cheese white chocolate truffle, topped with vanilla white chocolate and french cocoa powder. Dark Chocolate Truffle - 55% Dark Chocolate French cocoa snow skin, french cocoa white lotus paste, 55% dark chocolate truffle, topped with 55% dark chocolate and chocolate shavings. Each collection comes in a gold foil-printed box of 4 pieces (1 per flavour, no mixing or choosing of individual flavours), and your orders will be packed in a reusable cooler bag. One set of disposable cutlery will be provided per box. Each mooncake measures approx ~5.5cm across and weighs around 70g.
