Panda Blend Keemun Black Tea

Panda Blend Keemun is a classic Chinese black tea with a wonderfully smooth and refined character. Grown in China’s Anhui Province, Keemun is known for its rich aroma, gently malty flavor, and subtle hints of cocoa with a light natural sweetness. The cup is full-bodied without being overpowering, making it an easy black tea to enjoy throughout the day. It’s delicious on its own but also stands up nicely to a splash of milk. Steeping Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Steep at 212ºF (boiling) for 4 minutes. Origin: China, Anhui Province INGREDIENTS: Black tea. Caffeine content: Approximately 40-60 mg per 8 oz. cup. On average, an 8-ounce cup of black tea contains approximately 14-80 mg of caffeine. However, some types of black tea may have higher caffeine levels, up to 90 mg per 8-ounce cup. When you steep tea for a longer period, more caffeine is typically extracted from the tea leaves, resulting in a higher caffeine content in the brewed tea. This is because caffeine is water-soluble and leaches out of the leaves over time. So, longer steeping times usually mean stronger and more caffeinated tea.
