Cut the pattern you want to apply by leaving 1cm space around the design. 3. Peel of top plastic sheet and place the design facing downwards on your hand. 4. Soak tissue/cotton pad with water and dab it all over the back of tattoo. 5. Gently press down tattoo for 10-15 seconds, make sure all tattoo is wet. 6. Slowly slide the tattoo if you see design transferring to skin slide it completely. 7. Pat the tattoo with dry tissue paper and enjoy your design.
