There is no Formula 1 or tea in this box. Use the products around your existing sessions and meals, and follow each label. There are no flavour pickers on this page — you receive the standard versions we stock. How it is used A typical training day might look like this. Always use the scoop sizes and liquid amounts printed on the canisters you receive. CR7 Drive, during training Mix the sports drink as directed on the 540 g canister. Sip it through the session when you want a flavoured drink with carbohydrate and electrolytes. Rebuild Strength, after training Mix the powder as directed on the canister once you have finished the session.
