Domaine des Côtes Blanches Sancerre Rouge

Domaine des Côtes Blanches is located in the small village of Bué, in the southern part of Sancerre. The estate dates back to the 18th century. Today, Nicolas Millet, the ninth generation winemaker, works according to organic, biodynamic and regenerative farming principles. Red Sancerre made from biodynamically farmed 50+ year old Pinot Noir vines. A stunningly pure and ethereal Pinot with lifted aromas of fresh red berries (ripe cherries, raspberries, wild strawberries) paired with subtle spice and delicate violet floral accents.
