The back features a 18mm (6mm inside + 12mm outside) thick molded plywood base, topped with a layer of PU (Polyurethane) Molded foam that has a density of 60 (+/-5) kg/m³. It includes a mirror-buff–finished mechanism with a headrest cushioned using PU foam of the same density (60 ± 5 kg/m³), which helps in adjusting the headrest as per comfort. The seat features a 16mm thick molded plywood base, topped with a layer of PU (Polyurethane) molded foam with a density of 57 (+/-5) kg/m³. The handle structure consists of a mirror-buffed SS pipe frame with a matching-finish aluminum die-cast pad-fitting bracket, along with a genuine solid-wood pad featuring a glossy melamine finish in a fixed-type design. The backrest is fitted with a synchronous tilt mechanism featuring a Multi-position locking system, allowing for controlled tilting by a tension-adjustable system. A height adjustment is facilitated by a chrome finished 80mm stroke Class 3 gas spring lift, ensuring smooth and stable height control.
