When Heiner Sauer reactivated his grandfather’s estate in 1986, it started with just 2.5 hectares. Right from the outset, he rejected conventional methods, committing fully to ecological viticulture. An incredibly charming, soft, and juicy Pinot Noir. Expect a warm bouquet of ripe black cherries, blackberries, and a touch of wild strawberry, rounded out by mild tannins and subtle baking spices. It’s bright, fresh, and exceptionally smooth.
