4 Sun 14 Step Stripe / Ichimatsu Japanese Puzzle Box

This trick box requires 14 Steps to find the secret compartment. This striped pattern is made from six different kinds of wood. All of the colors are the natural colors of the wood, with no artificial coloring at all. The sliced sheets are glued onto MDF boards. The side panels are Ichimatsu (checkered pattern) yosegi.
