The dual-geometry grinder that reveals two sides of the same coffee! The Lagom GDS brings together two burr sets driven by a single motor: 102mm flat or 100mm conical, in Flat + Conical or Flat + Flat configurations. You grind the same coffee with two geometries and compare their expressions side-by-side, without changing machines. Every parameter remains in your hands: adjustable speed according to geometry (100-500 rpm for conical, 200-2000 rpm for flat), stepless, micron-adjusted grind, from Turkish coffee to French press. The Mizen HC100TX conical burrs feature PCS pre-crushing (increased consistency, easier adjustment); dynamic retention remains under 0.1g, and the 80g hopper also allows for continuous grinding for batch brewing. Whether for a bright espresso or a very clear filter coffee, the GDS doesn't make the choice for you; it empowers you to explore and reveal what each bean has to say.
