Tasting Notes PEACH + RASPBERRY + CANE SUGAR Coffee Information When your heart wants another coffee, but your body hesitates a little, we found the perfect compromise: a coffee that keeps all its character, with a bit less caffeine. Our half-caf blends regular and decaf coffee for a cup full of flavor, sweetness, and brightness. For this edition, we blended our Nicaraguan decaf, processed through carbonic maceration, with two coffees that push its fruity side even further. Carbonic maceration, a fermentation technique borrowed from winemaking, gives the decaf a creamy texture and bright notes of white grape, cherry, and honey. We added an Ethiopian natural, with floral aromas and jammy red fruit flavors, along with a touch of Edinson Argote's peach co-ferment, which brings a juicy finish reminiscent of peach candy. The result is a vibrant, sweet, and juicy cup, where notes of ripe fruit, peach, and honey balance out with a silky texture that lingers. A coffee that proves you can cut the caffeine without sacrificing the cup's personality.
