1940s Argenteuil Dress

Vintage 1940s color-block linen dress with oversized buttons. Fit and flare silhouette and lightly puffed sleeves. Very flattering and comfortable breathable for summer! Details Era: 1940s Label: none (paper tag with dress number still attached) Fabric: cotton linen Color*: tomato red, white Closure: metal snaps, hooks and eyes Measurements Bust: 35" Waist: 24- snug 25" Hip: 38" Shoulders: 14.5" Length: 41.5" Condition Very good, with original paper tag still stapled inside. The only notable flaw is a widening of some of the needle holes where the waist was stitched, especially at the back (see image).
