Corre Larkin 10" Carbon Steel Skillet. Pre-order. Ships in September. Only 350 Available!
First Edition. Only 350 Available! Will Ship in September. The Copper State Forge Corre Larkin 10 inch "Hybrid" shaped carbon steel skillet comes adorned with a Corre Larkin designed handle—inspired by the blacksmith-forged handles of 18th- and 19th-century Italy and France. Attached with four solid copper rivets, the handle is shaped for the way real cooks hold, lift, and pour. This skillet pairs timeless craftsmanship with a genuinely useful design. Our “Hybrid” shaped pan started as a fun experiment, but has quickly become a customer favorite for its everyday usefulness in the kitchen. Our hybrid shape combines the ideal pour spouts of a polygon skillet with the sautéing ability and wide "off-ramp" of a classic round pan—a design professional chefs find themselves drawn to. Carbon steel is the go-to material for all your high heat cooking needs coupled with a shape that is perfect for the chef who loves to sauté and cook dishes that call for pouring. And with that unique shape, it’s as beautiful to display as it is to cook in. Add a Flat French style carbon steel lid to your order! This carbon steel lid is cut to match the shape of your skillet with a small overhang to account for hand forged variability. We forge a smaller version of our skillet handle that matches the style of the skillet, and attach it with two copper rivets. It works great for splatter control, reducing moisture loss, and creating additional convection heating inside your skillet. Skillet works on: induction, glass and coil electric, gas, open fire, in the oven, on the grill, in the smoker, and in the wood burning oven.
