The Indian cottons are delicate and lightweight, so perfect for Summer sewing. Great for dresses, but also good for interior projects around the home. 3.5oz, 119gsm. 151cm wide. 100% Organic Cotton. Country of origin: India. Indian cottons are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave due to their handmade nature; this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws. For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
