GlenAllachie 19 Year Old Ex-Solera | Master of Wood

Part of The GlenAllachie's Masters of Wood series, this 19 year old was initially matured in Bourbon casks before a secondary maturation in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks, vessels that previously held Sherry within a traditional solera system for over 55 years. Selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker, these well-seasoned casks lend layers of dried fruit and warming spice to the Speyside spirit. Bottled at 50% ABV, at natural colour and without chill filtration.
