Description: Also known as a Hot Hot Soss, this is a delicious chilli-spiced sausage with a full flavour and a coarse texture. Our famous Bratwurst are low in fat and have natural skins. We suggest to cook them at a slow rate, to avoid splitting and fat loss. As they are a smoked product, the best way to cook them is on a flat bbq plate, low to medium temp, turning occasionally for 6-8 minutes. They can also be air-fried, boiled, microwaved, baked and smoked, but we prefer the good ol' BBQ. If you have to head out or leave during the day, if you could please leave out an esky or cool bag for us to deposit your order into (we can provide the ice) that would be appreciated. Otherwise you may pick up either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday between 9 and 1, from our Yatala warehaus. If neither of these options suit you, we will do our best to arrange something suitable.
