Chapelle Industries for Commune Bed Cover Petrol Check

Made in collaboration with our dear friend Leslie Johnsen, these new 100% linen bed covers are produced using a 500-year-old sixth generation Austrian family weaving tradition. Working with unique linen jacquard designs, Leslie once again found inspiration in her expert weaver's 1920s and 30s archive dating from the years of the influential Bauhaus school. This linen and cotton check motif has been woven on a natural flax warp sustainably cultivated from northern France and loomed at the foot of the Bohemian Forest near Vienna with high-quality French and Italian colored weft yarns. The result is timeless utilitarian textiles that will last for generations with careful use. We recommend warm versus hot water laundering to avoid shrinkage. Designed to lay over bedding, not a duvet cover. Pairs perfectly with the matching two sided bolster. Made in Austria. L 89 in x W 89 in
