This is a 1969 Framus "wedding cake" tenor banjo made in Germany. It was all original and includes the allen key and hang tag. This banjo has great tone, volume, and sustain. Neck - One piece mahogany with rosewood fingerboard and truss rod. Rim - mult-ply bent rim, heavy arch top tone ring, embossed metal flange and armrest, mahogany resonator Setup - This is setup in GDAE tuning for Irish trad Case - Original case included Notes - The frets have been leveled, crowned, and polished, the peghead has a slight twist to it, the neck is straight and plays well.
