Pattes Loup Chablis 1er Cru 'Beauregard Mise Tardive' 2022

French for ‘Wolf’s Paws,’ Domaine Pattes Loup was founded by Thomas Pico back in 2005, located in the village of Courgis, just outside of Chablis. His 2.4 hectares of low-yielding vines are farmed all organically, grown at altitudes of up to 300 meters. ‘Beauregard’ comes from 30-55 year old vines, fermented naturally and aged in used oak. Textured and crisp, showing a unique depth, balanced by traditional Chablis zestiness.
