The first is a staple from Cajamarca, a washed Peruvian, and the second is one of our favorite coffees for us this year Gigesa a washed Ethiopian. Our roasting team chose to blend these two distinct coffees together in order to provide a cup with a flavor profile that compliments the summer season. The washed processed coffee from Peru presents bold aromatics and prominent sweetness, qualities that are complemented by the more delicate floral and fruity notes that come from the washed processed Ethiopian. TASTING NOTES: Dark Chocolate, Pear, Black Cherry ROAST LEVEL: Medium Roast RECOMENDED BREW METHOD: We recommend brewing this coffee as a coldbrew. We have been tasting a lot of coco, tea-like florality and tons of fruity pop. Like with all of our coffees, enjoy it how you like it!
