Led by Analisia, owner of Yoga by Analisia, this all-levels class will blend mindful movement, breath, and grounding moments designed to help you reconnect with yourself and your community as we move into summer together. Expect intentional movement, curated music, sunset views, and a welcoming atmosphere whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner. After class, you’ll have the option to enjoy a uPick experience in the flower field.
