Another pre-printed sashiko panel inspired by the rhythmic patterns left on Australian beaches as the tide recedes. Rock Pools is a stylized version of the pools appearing amongst the rocks along our vast coastline. The design translates these natural textures into traditional sashiko stitching lines, offering a meditative project that connects Japanese textile craft with Australia's coastal landscape. Print size: approx.40cm x 40cm (15 1/2" x 15 1/2") Fabric size: approx. 48cm x 48cm (19" x 19") Suggested thread: Choose a single colour thread for subtle texture, or a variety of sand and blues for a more traditional look. We recommend 2 x 20 metre skeins of thread - 1 x solid colour, 1 x variegated thread. Do Not Wash or Iron Before Stitching. Print is designed to fade with washing and is not guaranteed to wash out completely.
