Cut from a smooth, structured powder blue fabric with the clean, porcelain luminosity of a collector's piece, this classic dress is a study in timeless refinement. Short puffed sleeves billow from the shoulder in the same powder blue, each cuff gathered and embroidered with tiny rosebuds in the most delicate matching tones.
