Véronique Leardo Follo is the founder and instructor of Fit'n Pilates, a dedicated Pilates and fitness studio in Villa Luganese, Ticino. She teaches Pilates on professional apparatus — Reformer, Tower, and Chair — as well as matwork, fitness, yoga, and pre/postnatal classes, welcoming clients of all levels in individual, duet, and small group formats.
