Extremely limited stock Artisanal small batch balsamic condiment from Puglia. 500 mls in box. This luxe balsamic is handmade and barrel-aged from Trebbiano, Lambrusco and Ancellotta grapes. It offers a richly fruity taste profile with perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. A little sweeter, thicker and more syrupy than balsamic vinegar, lower in acidity and made with a higher proportion of concentrated grape must, it is designed for finishing and drizzling. Use over cheeses like mozzarella and burrata, over strawberries, grilled vegetables, steak, even ice cream and desserts. Try also with sushi and sashimi. Ingredients: Mosto cotto, wine vinegar. Contains no colorants, thickeners or preservatives.
