📅 Dates: Sundays Sept 13th-Oct 4th ⏰ Time: 4:45-5:30pm 📍 Location: 700 10th street east Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Centre, Owen Sound Description: Designed for skaters aged 7-9yrs who are confident on the ice and ready to advance their power skating ability, this session offers high-repetition, skill-specific drills to enhance edge work, transitions, agility, and speed. Drills are fast-paced, with attention to technique and correction. What We Cover: Explosive starts and quick stops Edge drills to build lateral control and acceleration Tight turns, pivot transitions, and backward skating Crossovers with power and control in both directions Who It's For: Intermediate to advanced skaters currently playing hockey or ringette who are seeking to improve quickness, control, and skating power in game-like conditions.
