WWII Minefield Marking Kit

Issued during World War II for Army minefield marking teams, this is a remarkably preserved, unissued field set containing 29 original metal fluorescent yellow “DANGER” markers. Each flag measures 5½" x 4¼" and is mounted on a 20" metal post. All flags remain wrapped in their original paper sleeves, a feature rarely encountered and a strong indicator that the set was never deployed. Some light storage wear is present. The pouch is correctly marked U.S. ARMY on the front and retains its original carry strap. The internal pocket is empty of the yellow fabric tape rolls, which were likely removed long ago.
