All you have to do is simply add the contents of the pouch to your vessel, with the addition of 1kg of Brewing Sugar & Water & sprinkle on the yeast.. Simple! Biter: A classic tawny British Best Bitter with a fantastic biscuit malt body that leads to a robust and cleansing bitter finish. 4.4% ABV. Brown Ale: A traditional brown ale - a rich, full malty caramel flavour with a hint of chocolate. 4.4% ABV. Export Stout: A dark, rich stout; smooth with full-roasted malt character throughout containing dark fruits and dark chocolate notes. 4.3% ABV. Ginger Beer: A truly delicious alcoholic ginger beer with subtle malty flavours and a well-balanced sweetness, finished with the unmistakably fiery taste of real ginger.
