Welcome to the Blue and White Party: a beach-club-inspired celebration set against 2.7 km of private waterfront within the Kogelberg UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Gates open at 15:00 with a welcome glass of Benguela Cove Cap Classique. From there, the evening moves at its own pace. The line-up: 15:00 - Arrival - welcome MCC pour, live oyster shucking station, acoustic guitar 17:00 - DJ set - DJ set with an Ibiza feel - the sort of music you feel before you notice it 19:00 - Dessert bites - mini pavlova, white chocolate and lemon posset shots 20:00 - Wind-down - fire pits, chill sets, the lagoon doing the rest 22:00 - Doors close A Feast of Seafood and Wine The menu keeps things fresh and unfussy. Guests can enjoy a selection of canapés from 15:30 - smoked salmon blinis, prawn ceviche spoons, goat's cheese crostini, crab tartare cups and more - with vegetarian options throughout. The hero pour is Cuvée 58, our Cap Classique made from estate-grown fruit.
