Arisa Shimoda Artworks – Machika the Cat and Friends

This is the first art collection of works by Arisa Shimoda, featuring the gentle and adorable animals she has created using pastel colored pencils and other traditional media. Shimoda’s original character, Machika, is a mischievous and spirited kitten who can be a little clumsy at times. The world woven by Machika and her friends is filled not only with charm but also with warmth and kindness. In addition to her original works to date, the collection includes new illustrations, pet portraits connected to Machika’s companions, and client work. The cover illustration, “Preparation,” was created exclusively for this book.
