Puffy Flowers Shawl Collar Quilt Coat

The Stephanie, a jumbo shawl collar oversized quilt coat - this one is made from a 1980s era Flower quilt with stuffed petals and leaves. Included is a thin, ribbon like belt that threads inside the coat along the back, and comes out through button holes at the side seams offering a cinched look (if preferred) without all the bulk.
