The Hamachi is an 8” fillet knife with medium-stiff flex; .100” thick at the spine with distal taper & very thin behind the edge. Crafted from a choice CPM MagnaCut, the most advanced and corrosion-resistant steel available, The Mexican Blanket Hamachi offers unparalleled performance for precision cutting and filleting tasks. MagnaCut is known for its exceptional edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness. The custom, handmade handle is crafted by Anthony in our shop using ten carefully layered pieces of micarta and G10 to create our beloved Mexican Blanket pattern. The layered construction technique results in a handle that’s not only visually striking but also incredibly durable and tough. Each piece is made by hand with attention to detail, giving it a one-of-a-kind look and feel that stands out in both performance and style.
