Drip roast profile only. Amilton Garcia Chimbo is a third-generation farmer and member of the board of delegates of the La Prosperidad of Chirinos cooperative. With over 25 years of experience farming coffee with his parents and a background as an agricultural production technician, he brings a wealth of knowledge of biodiversity, land regeneration, and environmental stewardship to his craft. With production spanning two farms, Las Bromelias and Los Robles, they grow a range of varieties including bourbon, caturra, catuai, and parainema, along with the elegant geisha that makes up this offering. In the cup, look for notes of jasmine honeysuckle, orange blossom, and stone fruit.
