Ceanothus thyrsiflorus Skylark *(AGM) California Lilac A dense evergreen shrub with dark glossy leaves and branches that gently arch outward with masses of deep blue flower clusters in late spring. An ideal choice for coastal gardens and sites exposed to wind or grown against a wall. Once established, Ceanothus is drought tolerant and the evergreen foliage will provide interest in the garden all year round. Attractive to pollinators with good pest and disease tolerance. Plant in sun or part shade in well prepared free draining soil and water regularly until established.
