Coming from La Paz, Honduras, this washed dark roast offers rich, chocolatey notes with a hint of sweet port and a finish that settles right between bright and roasty - just like the way twilight sits on the line between the bright day and the dark night. We had the pleasure of meeting Fabio Caballero, Jr., the producer of this coffee, and were able to get connected to his farm. Fabio Jr. is a 5th generation coffee producer and Cup of Excellence 2025 winner who works alongside his grandfather, Fabio Caballero, a world-renowned producer known for his commitment to quality innovation - but don’t take our word for it.
